In Fine Dining, the chef combines several ingredients to make food with a different taste and visual. Each dish of the course (based on Amuse Bouche-epitizer-dish-main dish-dessert: 5 courses) is interesting in itself, but you can have a much richer taste experience when the course leads to a single run-off. <Gourmet garden> decomposes and recombines the components and structures of these fine dining and reconstructs them into a spatial image with a story line.
